Can you work towards equity without conflict?
No.
First a friendly reminder that fear of open conflict is one characteristic of white supremacy culture.
But the thing which prompted this post today is a recent article from Fast Company, category Workplace Evolution, “If you want a truly equitable workplace, you must get over fear of conflict“
Fear of open conflict is destroying workplaces, and it’s disproportionately harming Black and Latinx women workers.
